What do you think of my CV, please tell me?
I am having a real problem with my resume for the last 2 -3 weeks. I have previous work experience, I do not like the way "sounds". ==================================== Employment ============ Electronics, New York, NY Electronics Technician • Experience in reading and interpreting mechanical, optical, and electrical specifications. • Adept in the use of several meters, digital oscilloscopes, DVM, and function generators • Proven analog and digital circuits, and generate test reports in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. How =========================== =================== How can I update this experience he wrote, because it sounds so generic to me .. I am applying for an entry level electrical engineering work .... I mean i have seen people who have won prizes and the promotion after a few months on the job. and have not had any of them, what else can I update my work experience? ? ?
You did a good job in using active sentences, beginning with a positive word impressive. I think it looks good now, but if you want to improve a little more, maybe you can see from the following: 1) Divide the last point at 2, because in reality are 2 different things: "Tested analog and digital circuits, and the other "test reports created in MSWord, MSExcel and mspowerpoint" 2) Instead of saying, experienced experts or test, you may also be mentioned how well it did its job. Even if you have not won awards and all that, has been exceptionally accurate or fast, or, better yet, both? Were you able to work longer hours than many (though not all) of your colleagues? Did you manage to get something complicated to do, something Not all electronics technicians can do? Incorporate this into their work experience, and highlight in your application / cover letter.

has announced the release of its digital storage oscilloscope, which supports up to 512 trigger levels. The module efficiently solves complicated trigger problems by providing a comprehensive set of triggers such as rising or falling edge, pulse width, delayed, and count. This oscilloscope is commonly used for the maintenance of electronic equipment and laboratory work, and is suitable for field use in sciences, medicine, engineering and telecommunications. The multi-function digital storage oscilloscope, model DSO-2902A-M512, integrates a digital oscilloscope, a logic analyzer, a FFT spectrum analyzer, an electronic counter and a clock Jitter analyzer into one device. The oscilloscope also boasts multi-window software, optional DLL libraries, convenient timing state display for logic debugging, and a resolution of up to seven digits and 1M of memory for each analog channel. The oscilloscope operates at 170MHz, and provides a maximum repeating sampling rate of 20GSa/s and a single-shot sampling rate of up to 1GSa/s. The oscilloscope has a 4M/8M sample data acquisition buffer on each channel and offers a fast Fourier transformation (FFT) function for bandwidth tests. Visit
